    One account to find work and to post loads. There is no subscription or platform fee to quote.

  2. STEP 2

    Build trust with verified documents

    Document uploads are optional. Upload your O-licence and insurance, or tick that an O-licence is not needed for your work and upload goods-in-transit plus vehicle insurance (hire and reward). Approved documents earn a Verified documents badge. You can quote without it.

  3. STEP 3

    Find work and quote

    Browse jobs, filter by transport type and send your price. The customer pays you directly for the transport.

On a job, HaulNet lists open loads collecting near the delivery. Return loads and backloads.

A few useful answers

Does it cost anything to join or quote?

No. Registration, browsing and quoting are free for hauliers. There are no subscription or platform fees for hauliers.

Which documents do I need?

Upload your O-licence and goods-in-transit insurance in Documents, or tick that an O-licence is not needed for your work and upload goods-in-transit plus vehicle insurance (hire and reward). Uploads are optional. Approved, current required documents earn the verified badge; quoting and completed-job reviews remain available without verification.

How do I get paid?

Agree payment arrangements directly with the customer. HaulNet does not collect or hold the transport payment.

What happens after I win a job?

Once the customer accepts a quote, contact details unlock. Until 1 January 2027 there is no introduction fee. Arrange the job directly, then the customer confirms completion or reports a problem. Without a report, new bookings complete three full days after the agreed delivery date. Both parties can review after completion. If something goes wrong, use Report a problem on the job, or contact Support.
