1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files placed on a device by a website. Some help maintain a signed-in session, while others can measure site use or support advertising. Similar technologies may store limited browser information for the same purposes.
2. Essential cookies
We use authentication and security cookies so you can sign in, remain signed in as appropriate, and use account features safely. These are needed to provide the service you request, and consent is not normally required for strictly necessary cookies. You can usually block them through your browser, but doing so may prevent account features from working.
Our authentication system may issue cookies with technical names beginning with authjs or next-auth. Their presence and duration depend on the session and authentication settings.
3. Payments and third-party sites
When an introduction fee is due, you may be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe has its own privacy and cookie arrangements. Those technologies are controlled by Stripe rather than this website and are explained in Stripe's published policies.
4. Analytics and marketing cookies
Meta Pixel is optional and loads only after you accept advertising cookies. It measures visits, registrations and job posts to help us understand Facebook ads, and may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. You can reject it and still use every account and job feature. Open Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice; rejecting stops future Pixel events and removes its first-party cookies.
We remember your accept or reject choice in local browser storage for up to six months. If you accept measurement, we also use a protected cookie for up to ten minutes after registration to prevent a successful sign-up being counted more than once. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures website traffic without advertising cookies.
You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Deleting session cookies may sign you out.
5. Questions and changes
We review our use of cookies as the site changes. If you have a question about cookies or privacy, use the contact email below.
